IndusLaw, Khaitan and Trilegal act on Cashify's Series E Funding Round

The round raised a total of US$90 million

Re-commerce website Cashify has raised US$90 million from its Series E funding round, with NewQuest and Prosus leading the round, along with participation from newcomer Paramark and certain existing investors including Bessemer and Olympus.

IndusLaw represented Cashify in the transaction, with a team consisting of Manish Gupta (Partner), Nikita Goyal (Partner), Rashi Singh (Senior Associate) and Shivam Gupta (Associate).

NewQuest was represented by Khaitan & Co, and their team included Kartick Maheshwari (Partner), Aishwarya Nagpal (Partner), Ashutosh Sharma (Principal Associate), and Ritika Vardhan (Consultant), among others.

Prosus was represented by Trilegal and their team included Harsh Jain (Partner), Ratnavel Pandian (Senior Associate) and Raj Shah (Associate).

With this round, Cashify has raised a total of US$140 million, and intends to utilise the influx of capital towards strengthening the team, building technology infrastructure and marketing to build the brand and expand into new markets.
