IndusLaw, Khaitan, Veritas Legal, Linklaters act on $145 million investment in ShareChat

The transaction involved primary and secondary investment into ShareChat by Moore, Temasek and Mirae.

ShareChat recently raised USD 145 million (about Rs 1,078.3 crore) from Temasek, Moore Strategic Ventures (MSV) and Mirae-Naver Asia Growth Fund. The post money valuation now stands close to $3 billion

The transaction involved primary and secondary investment into ShareChat by Moore, Temasek and Mirae.
