NSE Academy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited has sold TalentSprint Private Limited to Accenture Solutions Private Limited.

The company offers programs in areas such as artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, chip design, semiconductor technologies, digital transformation, sustainability, and leadership

The acquisition aligns with Accenture’s $1 billion investment in LearnVantage, announced in early 2024. By integrating TalentSprint’s expertise and approximately 210 professionals into LearnVantage, Accenture aims to enhance its capabilities in delivering industry-relevant certifications and high-impact bootcamps. This move is expected to help enterprises and governments build future-ready talent pools, particularly in emerging technology area.
