Datawrkz, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has acquired London-based growth marketing agency Space & Time for approximately ₹52.3 crore.

Jerome Merchant + Partners advised Datawrkz on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Murtaza Somjee (Partner), Yashodhara Chauhan (Senior Associate), Arnaz Pestonji (Senior Associate), Sanjana Bhasin (Associate), Riya Shah (Associate) and Syed Umi Fatima (Associate).
