Nazara Technologies Limited has acquired Fusebox Games for ₹228 crore ($27.2 million).

Jerome Merchant + Partners advised Nazara on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Murtaza Somjee (Partner), Yashodhara Chauhan (Senior Associate) and Sanjana Bhasin (Associate).

Gowling WLG worked alongside JMP Law on this transaction.

Osborne Clarke advised the selling shareholders of Fusebox Games on its sale to Nazara Technologies.
