The Timken Company, a global technology leader in engineered bearings and industrial motion, has acquired the Bijur Delimon International group, a leading global designer and manufacturer of automated lubrication systems.
Jones Day advised The Timken Company in its acquisition of the assets and related businesses of Bijur Delimon.
The transaction was led by Benjamin L. Stulberg (Partner, M&A).
Khaitan & Co advised The Timken Company on the India law aspects of the transaction, including structuring, due diligence, and assistance with transaction documentation and closing.
