JSA, IndusLaw act on acquisition of CriticaLog by Shadowfax

CriticaLog is a critical logistics service provider and is engaged in high-value shipments, including electronics, pharmaceuticals, automobile spare parts, etc.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors and IndusLaw have acted on the 100% staggered acquisition of transportation and logistics business, CriticaLog India Private Ltd, by Shadowfax Technologies Private Limited.

JSA advised the Promoters of CriticaLog and its key investor LoGon Investments GmbH on their sale of 100% shares to Shadowfax.

The JSA Corporate team was led by Raj Ramachandran (Lead Partner) and Santosh Vijay (Partner) with support from Associates, Mannat Nirola and Shashank Uppalapati.

The JSA Taxation team comprised of Kumarmanglam Vijay (Partner) and Tejasvi Shukla (Associate).
