JSA acts on JV between Vivus Education and International Schools Partnership

Vivus is an operator of a chain of schools in Tamil Nadu.

Vivus Education Private Limited has entered into a strategic joint-venture with International Schools Partnership.

JSA advised Vivus Education and its promoters on this JV.

The transaction team consisted of Rishabh Gupta (Partner), Akshath Mithal (Senior Associate) and Raghav Dalela (Associate).

Vivus is an operator of a chain of schools in Tamil Nadu which offer CBSE, Cambridge IGCSE, and Cambridge International A Level curricula, with a stated 5,800+ students and 500+ teachers.

ISP is a UK-headquartered holding platform operating schools around the world, with a focus on K-12 education. ISP currently has 77 schools delivering multiple curricula and building on local brands with around 65,000 students and 9,000 staff located across the globe.
