The largest provider of natural food colors worldwide Oterra A/S has acquired the Akay Group of companies, a leading player in the natural colors and nutraceutical ingredients industry.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors advised the Akay Group and their promoter shareholders in relation to the acquisition.
