JSA, Khaitan & Co act on UnifyApps $50 million Series B fundraise

With this new funding, UnifyApps will expand the team and European presence, accelerate platform development, and deepen integrations across enterprise technologies.

Tech UniApps (India) Services Private Limited (UnifyApps) has raised $50 million from a Series B fundraise led by WestBridge Capital, with participation from existing investors including ICONIQ Capital and Kamath Technology, and certain co-founders of UnifyApps.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised UnifyApps and its Founder on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Rishabh Gupta (Partner), with support from Akshath Mithal (Principal Associate), and Associates Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte, Saurabh Chatterji, and Kajal Kashyap.

Khaitan & Co advised lead investor WestBridge Capital on this fundraise.

UnifyApps connects systems of record, knowledge, and activity across the enterprise. It unifies data from platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and corporate intranets, applies the right AI models and ontologies, and acts within the tools employees already use.

With this new funding, the company will expand the team and European presence, accelerate platform development, and deepen integrations across enterprise technologies while building a catalog of pre-built applications.
