Virchow Group, a world leader in several pharmaceutical actives, has established a strategic joint venture arrangement with the Germany-based Symrise Group to manufacture chemical ingredients for the cosmetics and personal care/ home care industries in India.

JSA assisted the Virchow Group on this JV.

The transaction team consisted of Sidharrth Shankar (Lead Partner), Prakriti Jaiswal (Partner), Anindita Basu (Principal Associate), Abhilash Raghav (Senior Associate), Rupaly Middha (Senior Associate) and Shubhankar Tiwari (Associate).
