JSA advised 360 ONE Asset on its proposed investment to acquire 15% stake in Bharti AXA Life Insurance.

The JSA transaction team consisted of Siddharth Mody (Partner), Rohan Kumar (Partner) and Alister Sequeira (Senior Associate).
