A91 Partners has made an investment in SASMOS HET Technologies Ltd, a leading global manufacturing, design, and development company in the Aerospace & Defence sector.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors represented and advised A91 Partners on this investment. The Firm provided comprehensive legal support, including drafting, negotiating, and closing the transaction.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised SASMOS on this transaction. As part of the transaction, CAM also advised on the internal restructuring of the company's global group including subsidiary rationalisation to acquire 100% of the shares of two subsidiaries of the company; and the buyback of equity shares from one of the pre-existing shareholders of the company.

Headquartered in Bangalore, with a strong international footprint across the UK, Europe, and the US, SASMOS specializes in designing and manufacturing wiring harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, and fiber optic solutions for global and domestic OEMs. Its solutions are deployed across platforms developed by marquee industry leaders such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, IAI, L&T, BEL, and several others.

Through this transaction, A91 acquired a significant minority stake in SASMOS. The investment is expected to accelerate SASMOS’ growth trajectory across R&D, new product development, global expansion, and other strategic initiatives.
