JSA advises Axis Bank and ICICI Bank on refinancing Hyderabad - Bengaluru NH7 maintenance project

Axis Bank Limited and ICICI Bank Limited have refinanced a portion of the existing debt availed for the upgradation, operation and maintenance of the Hyderabad–Bangalore section of NH7 (from Km 534.72 to Km 556.84) in Karnataka. 

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Axis Bank and ICICI Bank on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Kartikeya Dubey (Partner), Pragya Verma (Senior Associate) and Harsh Dugar (Associate).

The project is being implemented on a design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis by Devanahalli Tollway Private Limited, a part of the Cube Highways group.
