JSA represented Coforge in its acquisition of a 100% stake in Rythmos Inc. from its stake holders for an aggregate deal value of approximately ₹424 crores.

JSA assisted Coforge in all aspects of the transaction, including structuring, negotiating and finalising the definitive agreements.

The transaction team consisted of Anand Lakra (Lead Partner), Niharika Mepani (Partner), Jinay Shah (Senior Associate), and Associates – Diya Dave, Rahi Barfiwala, Ishan Saxena, and Garima Agarwal.

With Rythmos's presence in both the U.S. and India, including offices in Hyderabad and Coimbatore, this move allows Coforge to broaden its global reach and strengthen its service offerings, further solidifying its position in the competitive technology landscape.
