Downhole Products Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Varel Oil and Gas Inc., has acquired 100% stake in Sledgehammer Oil Tools Private Limited in a two-tranche acquisition.

Downhole Products acquired 78% of the shareholding of Sledgehammer Oil Tools in June, 2022 and the remaining 22% in October, 2024.

JSA advised and assisted Downhole Products on this on this acquisition deal.
