India Infradebt Limited has sanctioned multiple rupee term loan facilities aggregating to ₹189.12 crore to Enerparc group entities. (Enerparc Solar Power 1 Private Limited, Enerparc Solar Power 2 Private Limited, and Enerparc Solar Power 3 Private Limited).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised India Infradebt on this financing transaction. The Firm advised on the structuring, drafting, negotiation and execution of the financing and security documentation in relation to the transaction.
