JSA, TT&A act on Indigrid's ₹372 crore acquisition of Gadag Transmission

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has executed definitive agreements for the acquisition of Gadag Transmission Limited for ₹372 crore from ReNew Transmission Ventures Private Limited and KNI India AS.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised IndiGrid on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Vishnu Sudarsan (Partner) with support from Shashank Vikram Singh (Partner), Kartikeya GS (Partner), Mehar Vasant (Senior Associate), Priyanka Barik (Senior Associate), Siddhant Thakar (Senior Associate) and Associates Ravneet Singh Gill, Vignesh Ravichandran.
