Kainos Group plc has acquired 100% stock of RapidIT-Cloudbera, Inc., a U.S. based entity.

The transaction also involved transfer of the Indian employees and operations of RapidIT Cloudbera Private Limited, for which a new subsidiary was set up in India – Kainos Software Technologies Private Limited, by Kainos group entities.

JSA advised the Kainos Group in this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted of Rinku Ambekar (Partner) and Reshma Oak (Principal Associate).

RapidIT-Cloudbera Inc. is the creator of Genie, a workday-focused automated testing product. Genie has the ability to rapidly auto-generate test cases, allowing customers to quickly launch their automated testing efforts. Genie will be fully integrated into Kainos’ existing Smart Test product.
