Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia has invested ₹500 crore in Omega Hospitals for a 23% stake in the hospital.
JSA advised Omega Hospitals and its promoters, Dr. Mohan Vamsy Chigurupati, Dr. Padmaja Chigurupati and Dr. Nagavardhanamma Parvathaneni in this private equity fundraise.
