Solarad AI Private Limited has successfully concluded their fund raising round led by one of India's premier early-stage venture capital funds- India Quotient.

J. Sagar Associates advised Solarad and it's founders Ravi Choudhary, Bhramar Choudhary and Haider Abbas. JSA’s role in the transaction included providing end to end support to Solarad and its founders with the transaction documents, the entire negotiation process as well as ensuring a successful closure of the deal.

The transaction team consisted of Kartik Jain (Partner), Debottam Chattopadhyay (Senior Associate) and Alisha Chawla (Company Secretary).
