Sumitomo Wiring Systems Ltd. sold 3.4% of the equity share capital of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited for an aggregate amount of ₹16,123 million, through a block deal on the stock exchanges.

J. Sagar Associates advised Sumitomo in this stake sale.

The transaction team consisted of Vikram Raghani (Partner), Birbahadur Sachar (Partner) and Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner).
