Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited has undergone a merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, Casper Pharma Private Limited with and into Suven.

JSA advised Suven Pharma on this merger.

The transaction team consisted of Iqbal Khan (Lead Partner), Ambarish (Lead Partner), Krishaal Morjaria (Principal Associate), Tarini Sardesai (Senior Associate) and Ayushi Choudhary (Associate).

The Scheme of amalgamation of Casper Pharma into Suven Pharma has been sanctioned by the NCLT, Mumbai.
