Tata Capital Limited has sanctioned multiple rupee term loan facilities aggregating to ₹305.39 crore to Enerparc group entities. (Enerparc Solar Power 6 Private Limited, Enerparc Solar Power 9 Private Limited, and Enerparc Solar Power 10 Private Limited).

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Tata Capital on this financing transaction. The Firm advised on the structuring, drafting, negotiation and execution of the financing and security documentation in relation to the transaction.

The transaction was led by Karan Mitroo (Partner), with support from Surbhi Jain (Principal Associate) and Shantanu Awasthi (Associate).

The Firm had also advised India Infradebt on financing Enerparc Group entities.
