Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited has raised ₹250 crore through its maiden funding round from ValueQuest, Evolvence and Steadview.

JSA represented Unimech Aerospace on this transaction. As part of the transaction, JSA assisted the Company in negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents and also assisted with closing actions.

The transaction team consisted of Archana Tewary (Partner), Savio Tom (Senior Associate) and Ajith Kidambi (Associate).

Unimech is engaged in manufacturing of precision tooling equipment, assemblies, sub-assemblies as well as mechanical and electromechanical components for its clients in the aerospace, energy, semiconductor and other allied industries.
