UC Inclusive Credit Private Limited (UCIC) has recently concluded its Series A fundraise. The lead investor in this round was Insitor Impact Asia Fund II.
JSA represented UCIC in this fundraise. JSA also provided inputs to the existing investor – Aarin Capital Partners and assisted Unitus Capital Mauritius (the majority shareholder) with its internal agreements.
