JSA assists Aditya Birla Renewables on setting up wind power projects in Rajasthan and Gujarat

Aditya Birla Renewables has signed project contracts with Suzlon for these power projects.

Aditya Birla Renewable Energy Limited, the renewable energy arm of the Aditya Birla Group, is setting-up 551.25 MW wind power projects across locations in the Barmer district of Rajasthan and the Bhuj district of Gujarat.

JSA represented Aditya Birla Renewables in the project contracts of aforementioned projects.

The transaction team consisted of Megha Arora (Partner) and Abhishek Rohatgi (Associate).

Under the terms of the agreements finalised with Suzlon, one of India’s largest renewable energy solutions providers, Suzlon will supply the wind turbines and execute the project, including erection and commissioning, in Rajasthan, while Suzlon will supply and supervise the commissioning of the project in Gujarat.

Suzlon will also undertake comprehensive operations and maintenance services post-commissioning at both the sites.
