Trilegal, JSA act on Atlanta Electricals' proposed IPO of ₹400 crore

Trilegal and JSA are advising Atlanta Electricals Limited on its proposed ₹400 crore IPO, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 3,810,895 shares by selling shareholders.

Trilegal is advising Atlanta Electricals Limited on the IPO as per the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

JSA is advising Book Running Lead Managers Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Axis Capital Limited.
