JSA, Dentons Link Legal, IndusLaw act on Senco Gold IPO

The initial public offering of equity shares aggregated to ₹4,050 million.

Senco Gold Limited made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹4,050 million.

The IPO also comprised an offer for sale by SAIF Partners India IV Limited of its equity shares aggregating to ₹1,350 million.

As per news reports, the IPO was oversubscribed by 77.25 times with the QIB portion being oversubscribed by 190.56 times, which was one of the highest in the recent years.

JSA advised Senco Gold in this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Arka Mookerjee (Partner), Pracheta Bhattacharya (Partner), Anshu Bansal (Principal Associate), Sourav Modi (Senior Associate) and Reshmi Prabhakar (Associate).

Dentons Link Legal acted for the Book Running Lead Managers in this IPO. The team led by Partner Milind Jha comprised Associate Partner Shailender SharmaSenior Associate Tamilarasi MudaliarAssociate Dewang Khandelwal and Associate Prakhar Varshney.

IndusLaw advised SAIF Partners in their offer for sale.
