SVL-SME Fund, a Category I Alternative Investment Fund, registered with SEBI India, acting through its trustee SBICAP Trustee Company Limited) has invested ₹ 2.1 billion in Hygenco Green Energies Private Limited.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India assisted the investor in this deal.
