Borana Weaves Limited has made an initial public offering of 67,08,000 equity shares aggregating to ₹144 crore.

Kanga & Co. acted as the sole Legal Advisor to the IPO.

The transaction was led by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner) and Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner).

Borana Weaves is a textile manufacturer based in Surat, specializing in the production of unbleached synthetic grey fabric. The Issue saw tremendous response from the public and was oversubscribed by over 148 times.
