Kanga & Co acts on Vraj Iron and Steel IPO

Vraj Iron and Steel Limited has completed its Initial Public Offering on July 3, 2024.

Vraj Iron and Steel Limited has successfully completed its Initial Public Offering of 8,260,869 Equity Shares of Face Value of ₹10/- for cash at a price of ₹207/- per Equity Shares, including a share premium of ₹197/- per Equity Share amounting to ₹1,710 million (Issue) on July 3, 2024.

Kanga & Co acted as the sole Legal Advisor to the Issue.

The transaction team consisted of Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Tejal Patankar (Principal Associate), Nishi Jain (Associate) and Siddhi Chauhan (Associate).

Vraj Iron and Steel is engaged in manufacturing of Sponge Iron, M.S. Billets, and TMT bars. The Company currently operate through two manufacturing plants which are located at Raipur and Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh.
