CSM Technologies Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering of up to 1,29,01,000 equity shares.

Kanga & Co is advising the issuer CSM Technologies and the Book Running Lead Manager, Keynote Financial Services Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner), Pooja Sharma (Associate Partner) with support from Associates Siddharth Jani, Divyansh Minocha and Harshit Babbar.

CSM Technologies is amongst the few IT solutions companies, who have delivered first of its kind projects for government as well as for the private sector.
