Sky Alloys and Power Limited has proposed an Initial Public Offering of Equity Shares comprising a fresh issue of upto 16,084,000 Equity Shares and an offer for sale of upto 1,807,000 Equity Shares.

Kanga & Co is advising the issuer Sky Alloys and Power Limited and the Book Running Lead Managers Gretex Corporate Services Limited and Arihant Capital Markets Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team is lead by Chetan Thakkar (Senior Partner) with support from Tejal Patankar (Principal Associate), Pooja Lalwani (Senior Associate) and Associates Suphla Singh, Meghna Sharma and Vansh Chadha.

Sky Alloys and Power is a steel manufacturing company producing a diverse range of products, including Sponge Iron, Mild Steel Billets, Ferro-Alloys, and TMT bars from its manufacturing facilities located at Raigarh, in the State of Chhattisgarh, India.
