Sammaan Finserve (formerly Indiabulls Commercial Credit Limited) has issued secured, listed and redeemable non-convertible debentures for an amount aggregating up to ₹45 crore a private placement basis.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Sammaan Finserve on this NCD issue.

The transaction team consisted of Manisha Shroff (Partner), Mohit Nad (Principal Associate), Mishi Malhotra (Associate) and Rishabh Kumar (Associate).

The proceeds of Issue will be utilised for, inter-alia, onward lending, repayment of existing borrowings of Sammaan Finserve and general corporate purposes. The Debentures are secured by way of hypothecation over the present and future receivables of the Company.
