Khaitan advises HDFC Bank on providing financial assistance to NTT Global Data Centers

The financial assistance sanctioned to NTT Global Data Centers amount to ₹977.90 crores

HDFC Bank Limited has sanctioned financial assistance of ₹977.90 crores (along with sub-limits thereunder) to NTT Global Data Centers Del2 Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised HDFC Bank on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Dr Siddharth Srivastava (Partner), Raunak Singh Rahangdale (Principal Associate) and Aparna Tripathi (Senior Associate).

The funds will be used by NTT Global Data Centers for the acquisition of assets from NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited (GDCCI) and for meeting future capital expenditure requirement in relation to development of 22.4 MW data center asset and related infrastructure in Greater Noida.
