Hero FinCorp Limited has sanctioned a structured rupee term loan facility aggregating to ₹200 crore to a Renewables Platform.

Khaitan & Co acted as the lender's legal counsel to Hero FinCorp on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rajeev Vidhani (Partner), Jessica Gandhi (Partner), Sarika Jhanwar (Senior Associate), Govinda Asawa (Associate).

Associates Kartikey G and Priyansh Priyadarshi assisted on execution formalities.
