Sports acquisition: Khaitan advises Jindal Group on acquisition of Hyderabad FC

Hyderabad FC is the 2022 Champion of the ISL.

Jindal Group and Jindal Football Private Limited have acquired the Indian Super League (ISL) team, Hyderabad FC Sports Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised BC Jindal Group and Jindal Football on this acquisition.
