Kedaara Capital has made an investment into Axtria, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Structured as a combination of secondary investment and company-sponsored buyback, the transaction delivers total liquidity of $240 million.
Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to Kedaara and advised them on all aspects pertaining to the transaction, including legal diligence of Axtria, drafting, negotiating, finalising and executing of the definitive agreements relating to the investment, from an Indian law perspective.
