Khaitan, Anagram act on Porter $200 million Series F fundraise

Following this fundraise, Porter has now become a Unicorn, with a valuation between $1.1-1.2 billion.

Bengaluru-based on-demand logistics platform Porter has raised $200 million from a Series F fundraise led by Kedaara Capital and Wellington Management.

Khaitan & Co advised Kedaara Capital on this fundraise. The Firm advised and assisted Kedaara in procuring unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India for their investment in Porter.

The transaction team consisted of Anisha Chand (Partner), Alisha Mehra (Principal Associate), Rishabh Vohra (Senior Associate), and Ritika Ghosh (Associate).
