Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries and the holding company of all retail companies within the group buys majority stake in Abraham & Thakore.

Khaitan & Co represented Reliance Retail and the core team at the firm consisted of Supratim Chakraborty (Partner), Rahul Dutt (Partner), Shourya Sengupta (Principal Associate), Sneh Lata (Senior Associate), Anwesha Sinha (Associate) and Nikunj Keyal (Associate).
