Khaitan, CAM guide Saregama India's ₹325 crore investment in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's studio

Pursuant to this investment, Saregama India will hold exclusive music rights for all future Bhansali films.

Saregama India Limited has made an investment of ₹325 crore in Bhansali Productions Pvt. Ltd., pursuant to which Saregama will hold a significant minority stake in Bhansali Productions as well as exclusive music rights for all future Bhansali films.

Khaitan & Co advised Saregama India on this investment. The Firm advised on structuring, term sheet, diligence, negotiations and finalisation of documents (including investment agreement, shareholders agreement, music rights agreements and other ancillary documents).
