Khaitan & Co acts on ANAROCK 200 crore funding from 360 ONE Asset

360 ONE Asset Management has invested ₹200 crore into Anarock Property Consultants.

Anarock Property Consultants Private Limited has received an investment of ₹200 crore from 360 ONE Asset Management Ltd (formerly known as IIFL Asset Management).

Khaitan & Co advised ANAROCK on this investment deal.

The transaction team consisted of Bhavik Narsana (Partner) and Nirav Punjani (Principal Associate) with assistance from Adrito Dutta (Associate).

This investment will enable ANAROCK to enhance its tech infrastructure, accelerate its expansion, and introduce new innovations to bolster its leadership position in the Indian real estate services space.
