Khaitan & Co acts on Constelli $20 million Series A fundraise

Constelli is defense tech startup engaged in design, development and sale of electronic systems and solutions.

Constelli Signals Private Limited has raised $20 million from a Series A fundraise led by General Catalyst, with participation from 360 One Asset Management and existing investor Pravega Ventures.

Khaitan & Co advised lead investor General Catalyst on their ~$14 million investment in Constelli.

The core transaction team consisted of Bharat Anand (Senior Partner), Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Anupama Singh (Principal Associate), Shatakshi Gupta (Senior Associate) and Mohammad Kaif (Associate) with assistance from Anannya Wal (Associate) on the diligence and closing aspects of the transaction.

Nirupam Lodha (Partner), Shivangi Narang (Principal Associate) advised on the IP aspects of the diligence.

Kabir Bogra (Partner), Raarah Gurjar (Principal Associate) and Laksh Manocha (Senior Associate) advised on the defence regulatory aspects of the diligence.
