Hunger Inc Hospitality Private Limited has raised ₹220 crore from primary and secondary investments made by Lighthouse India Fund and DSG Consumer Partners.

Khaitan & Co advised Lighthouse Advisors India Private Limited on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Aman Dwivedi (Partner), Akshat Agarwal (Senior Associate), Arushi Gupta (Senior Associate), Ravi Shankar (Associate), Samkit Jain (Associate) and Vidhi Damani (Associate) with assistance from Smriti Yadav (Partner) and Shubham Shende (Senior Associate) on Intellectual property aspects.
