Sheela Foam Limited has made a strategic investment in House Of Kieraya (dba Furlenco) for acquiring a 35% stake, through primary subscription to various securities.
Khaitan & Co advised House Of Kieraya in relation to this investment. The firm assisted with the preparation, negotiation and finalization of the transaction documents, closing assistance, and other ancillary advise to the company in relation to the transaction.
