Khaitan & Co acts on Issuance of BASEL III compliant Tier 2 bonds by State Bank of India

The Issue aggregates to ₹10,000 crore.

State Bank of India has made an issuance of non-convertible, taxable, redeemable, subordinated, unsecured, fully paid-up BASEL III compliant Tier 2 Bonds in the nature of debentures with base issue of ₹4,000 crore and a green shoe option to retain oversubscription up to ₹6,000 crore, on private placement basis, for an amount aggregating to ₹10,000 crore.

Khaitan & Co advised State Bank of India on this issuance of bonds.
