Khaitan & Co acts on Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures by OPG Power Generation

The debentures have aggregate face value up to ₹50 crores.

OPG Power Generation Private Limited has made a public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of ₹1,00,000 each aggregating up to ₹50 crores (inclusive of a green shoe option of up to ₹25 crores), on a private placement basis.

The Debentures have been secured by way of creation of charge over identified immovable and movable properties of the Company along with a guarantee issued by its promoter, Gita Power & Infrastructure Private Limited.

Khaitan & Co advised OPG Power Generation in this issuance of debentures.
