SBFC Finance Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹10,250 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale (IPO).
ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited were the Book Running Lead Managers to the IPO.
Khaitan & Co advised SBFC Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Clermont Financial Pte. Ltd., promoters of SBFC Finance Limited, in respect of (i) the IPO; and (ii) the pre-IPO.
The core team consisted of Aditya Cheriyan (Partner), Oishik Bagchi (Partner), Tishita Mukherjee (Senior Associate), Abhishek Iyer (Associate).
