Khaitan & Co has advised UltraTech Cement Limited (the "Promoter") on the sale of 1,82,47,148 equity shares of The India Cements Limited through an Offer for Sale of Equity Shares through the stock exchange mechanism, aggregating to ₹718.26 crore.

The Firm advised UltraTech Cement as well as the broker JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited on this OFS.

The transaction team consisted of Madhur Kohli (Partner), Abhishek Dadoo (Partner) and Vaibhav Mittal (Partner).
